Long-Lasting Edge and Smooth Grinding

This grinding machine features a smoothly rotating grinding stone that runs at a low speed in a water bath, ensuring continuous cooling. This prevents the tool from losing its hardness due to overheating, resulting in a long-lasting edge. The high smoothness of the grinding stone at a speed of 120 rpm also contributes to this. The shatterproof water tank keeps your workbench dry.

Premium Grinding Stone

The special premium corundum grinding stone with aluminium oxide has a diameter of 200 mm and a thickness of 40 mm. It is part of the standard equipment of the TIGER 2000S. The K 220 grit provides perfect grinding results even for hard steel above 60 HRC (tool steel).

The angle guide allows for precise adjustment of the grinding angle. This ensures that straight blades can be sharpened optimally, reducing the risk of errors due to incorrect angles.
