Versatile Saw
A bandsaw allows for both straight cuts and beautiful curves by moving the workpiece on the worktable during cutting. As a result, the bandsaw offers greater precision than a circular saw but is not as intricate as a scroll saw for delicate work and internal cuts.
Advanced Safety Features
The workpiece is fed to the saw blade via the sturdy work table, with two workpiece stops ensuring optimal positioning and protecting your fingers. The parallel stop with quick-locking mechanism is used for creating precise longitudinal cuts. The cross stop or crosscut guide can be employed to advance a narrow piece of wood forward or to create a specific angle for bevel cuts.
Easy to use band saw
The work surface has a base size of 300 x 380 mm and can be extended to 520 mm when needed. Additionally, the table can be tilted up to 45° continuously using an angle scale, enabling you to create bevel angles of up to 45°. The locking mechanism is tool-free, thanks to a quick clamping system.
Powerful Motor
With a power output of 350 watts, the HBS30's induction motor maintains a constant cutting speed of 900 metres per minute while running smoothly – providing the best conditions for precise cutting results.
Clean and Efficient Cuts
The welded-together saw blade forms a circle, allowing for greater cutting height and a smoother blade operation. With a width of 12 mm, the saw blade is thin, resulting in minimal material loss during cutting. This enables fine edges, corners, curves, and millimetre-precision. The HBS30 is compatible with all standard 1400 mm saw blades up to 12 mm in width.
To maintain a clean workspace, a 40 mm extraction nozzle is provided for connecting an external dust extraction system.
