The DHY85KSE is a 3-phase 400v 1500rpm diesel generator from Hyundai which is designed to provide affordable and reliable standby power to your business premises.
Powered by a Hyundai HY4A100Z-D20 diesel engine, the DHY85KSE produces a maximum output of 85kVA. This is suitable for a large business premises and your business operating and profitable during a power cut. This generator is equipped with an AVR alternator which produces a clean and stable power supply, making it perfectly safe to use with sensitive electronic appliances.

To guarantee the generator will always ready to protect you from a power cut around the clock, you can configure it to work with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). An ATS system will automatically detect a loss of power from the mains, turn on your generator and switch from mains to generator as the main source of power. When the mains power resumes, it will transfer back to mains power and switch tyhe generator off. The ATS includes a battery charger to ensure the generator battery is always fully charged and ready to start the engine. This peace of mind is priceless, especially when even a short powercut could have a big impact on your finances. The ATS package is sold separately.
All Hyundai 1500rpm diesel generators also have the optional extra of remote monitoring and control. Using WiFi or GSM, you can start and stop your generator from anywhere in the world via a PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet. HoRefurbished in a sound attenuated canopy, this generator keeps noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbance and it’s also protected from the worst of the British weather.
All Hyundai 1500rpm diesel generator sound proof canopies undergo an anti-corrosion painting process called electrophoretic painting. This process ensures all areas of the canopy have an evenly applied thickness of paint, ensuring maximum corrosion protection.
An optional water heater is available for extreme cold weather starts.
3 Phase 400/230v generators are generally manufactured to power 400 volt 3 Phase equipment. Even though you can run a small amount of 230v on a solo basis from them, this is not their intended purpose and it can be difficult to 'balance' the phases and stop the generator from tripping out. In order to run 230v output only, and reach the generator's output capacity you will need to accurately 'balance' the loads on each phase (the amount you are drawing from each phase of electricity).
