The HYHT40LI is a powerful lightweight rechargeable low maintenance lithium-ion battery-powered hedge trimmer from Hyundai. HYHT40LI is the ideal battery-powered hedge trimmer for pruning bushes, trimming hedges and cutting branches and twigs around your garden.
Powered by a 2.5Ah 40v Lithium-ion battery the brushless motor offers similar performance to electric powered and small petrol hedge trimmers powering the 520mm cutting blade, with the cutting teeth spaced out in 23mm intervals.
Lithium-ion battery technology is now so advanced that cordless machines are a real alternative to petrol. They deliver clean power without the noise, fumes and hassle of heavy petrol alternatives.
The main advantages of this hedge trimmer over petrol-engined hedge trimmers: No highly flammable petrol, no 2-stroke oil to mix with the petrol, low noise levels and no pull starting problems.
Compared to an electric hedge trimmer, there’s no cable to cut through or trip over and you are not restricted by the length of the lead. With all of these elements combined, the HYHT40LI provides a user-friendly gardening experience, which allows you to focus on getting the best cut.
The rear handle can be rotated through 180 degrees left or right so you can manage the hedge trimmer comfortably when working at different angles. This is especially handy for switching between cutting the sides and the tops of hedges.
The 60v battery and charger are included with this unit.
The battery even has an indicator light allowing you to see exactly how much life is left.
