The BG150 is an effective and easy to use 6” Bench Grinder from Scheppach. Designed for both hobby workshops and professional applications, this Scheppach bench grinder is the ideal tool for sharpening tools, removing surface coatings and deburring sharp edges.
Not only is the BG150’s brushless 370W induction motor easily capable of powering the bench grinder’s two 150mm grinding wheels, the Scheppach bench grinder will also operate with low vibration and at a low noise level.
Boasting two 150mm grinding wheels, which are fitted with K36 and K60 grinding disc grain, the BG150 is the perfect tool to carry out grinding, sharpening, stock removal, blending, rust removal and finishing applications.
With safety in mind, the BG150 is fitted with two adjustable spark protectors located above both of the bench polisher’s grinding wheels - protecting the user's eyes and allowing you to focus on the job in hand.
For extra precision when processing a workpiece, the Scheppach bench grinder also comes equipped with LED working lamps located above both of the machine’s grinding wheels - perfectly illuminating your work area to enhance visibility of any imperfections on the tools.
For additional support when working on your chosen project, the BG150 features adjustable workpiece supports, located against both of the machine’s grinding wheels.
The BG150’s grinding wheel dresser will help ensure your machine is always operating at the highest standard to safeguard and guarantee precise work. The conveniently positioned grinding wheel dresser will remove any ridges or inconsistencies from the grinding wheels.
