The Evopower UKC175ECO 175kVA 3-Phase 400/230v diesel generator is equipped with a high-quality Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G12 engine, delivering a maximum output of 175kVA (141kW) for standby power applications and 160 kVA (128 kW) for consistent or ‘prime power’ scenarios. These ratings comply with ISO8528 standards. The Genpower LK274F brushless alternator is self-excited and features an AVR (automatic voltage regulator) to maintain a stable output voltage, preventing drops during sudden load increases.

Robust and Weatherproof Design

Our heavy-duty, weatherproof close-fit canopy enclosure is rust-proof, powder-coated, and fitted with sound attenuation material to reduce noise levels to just 70 dB at 7 meters. Stainless steel fittings are used for all door hinges and locks, ensuring durability and longevity.

Designed in the UK, leveraging extensive experience in power equipment manufacturing, the ECO series generators are built with high-quality components. These include CHiNT 4 pole MCCB breakers, Varta batteries, industrial-grade silencers, Cummins engines, and Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) control panels. The custom alternator, refined over years of experience, enhances the reliability of our gensets.

Fuel Efficiency and Easy Maintenance

The UKC175ECO generator comes with an integral base-mounted fuel tank holding 328 liters of diesel, enabling over 9 hours of operation at 100% load and over 19 hours at 50% load (based on prime power rating). The generator is compatible with red diesel, allowing cost savings without affecting warranty terms. The lockable, easy-to-access external fuel filler cap and an internally mounted, easy-to-read fuel gauge simplify maintenance.

The base-mounted diesel tank is integrated within a heavy-duty skid, complete with fork holes for easy unloading and moving, and hook eyes for secure transportation and positioning.

Powered by Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G12 Industrial Engine

The Evopower UKC175ECO generator is powered by a world-class Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G12 engine. This 6-cylinder, turbocharged, charge-air-cooled engine with an intercooler operates at 1500 RPM to maintain a steady 50Hz frequency, reducing strain on internal components and extending engine life.

The engine features high-quality components such as BYC injectors, a fuel pump system, and readily available Fleetguard filters, making it an ideal choice for reliable power generation. With a 16.4L engine oil capacity, we recommend using SAE 15W40 oil and a 50/50 mix of water and ethylene glycol for coolant.

An electronic governor regulates fuel intake, providing quick adjustments under varying loads to maintain stable RPM and frequency, safeguarding sensitive electronic equipment.

Controlled by the DSE 6120 MKIII Control Panel

All generators in the ECO range utilize the Deep Sea Electronics 6120 MKIII control panel, a product of DSE's expertise since 1975. This UK-manufactured control panel features an easy-to-read LCD screen and is ATS (auto transfer switch) compatible. In the event of a power cut, the control panel automatically starts the generator, stabilizes it, and then transfers the load to the generator. Once the mains power is restored, the control panel switches the load back to the mains and safely shuts down the generator.

The DSE 6120 MKIII control panel also includes a USB port for programming and customization via PC, or directly on the panel using the front buttons. It has multiple built-in alerts and features, such as:

• Low Oil Pressure: Prevents engine damage due to insufficient lubrication.
• High Water Temperature: Indicates potential radiator airflow blockage or low water levels.
• High/Low Voltage: Protects against alternator, AVR issues, or degrading electrical connections.
• Frequency and Speed Regulation: Ensures stable frequency output, protecting sensitive equipment.
