Price Match Promise

We work hard to offer excellent value every day. If you find an identical, brand-new product we sell listed for less on a UK-based website, contact us and we’ll aim to match or beat the price, subject to the checks below.

How to request a price match

Send us:

  • A link to the product on our website
  • A link to the competitor’s listing (showing the price)
  • Your delivery postcode (so we can compare like-for-like delivery)

Price match criteria

To keep comparisons fair and avoid confusion, these conditions apply:

  1. UK competitor website price
    We’ll compare against a competitor’s price shown on their UK website.

  2. Identical product, brand new
    The item must be the same brand, model, specification, and condition (new) as ours.

  3. Like-for-like total cost (including VAT and standard delivery)
    The competitor’s price must include VAT and any standard delivery charges required to get it to you.
    We do not match additional services such as installation, premium timed delivery, warranties/cover plans, subscription bundles, or finance incentives.

  4. Both sides must be in stock
    We and the competitor must have the product in stock and available for prompt dispatch/delivery.

  5. Verifiable price and availability
    We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock status (for example, via a live webpage that clearly shows both).

What we typically can’t match

To avoid misunderstandings, price matches usually won’t apply where the competitor price is:

  • From marketplaces or third-party sellers (for example, listings where the retailer isn’t clearly the seller)
  • Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, ex-display, open-box, used, or “B-stock”
  • Dependent on voucher codes, paid memberships, bundles, “new customer only” offers, or limited-quantity flash sales
  • An obvious pricing error or misprint
  • For special-order items with unclear lead times

Why our prices are competitive

We keep pricing keen by operating efficiently online, buying in volume, and keeping overheads low—so we can pass better value on to customers.

Paying by bank transfer (BACS) – potential extra saving

Card processing carries costs. If you pay by BACS/bank transfer, we may be able to offer an additional 2% saving in some cases. Ask our team before placing your order so we can confirm eligibility and provide payment details.
