The JCB-E225P replacement engine is a 224cc 7.5hp horizontal straight shaft petrol engine. With a 19.05mm shaft (¾ inch) and keyway compatible for various applications including commercial, heavy-duty home use or industrial pressure washers, wood chippers, water pumps, tillers, grinders, compaction plates, other heavy-duty machinery or even used with karts (subject to small adjustments).

The engine’s easy recoil pull-start is aided by reliable CDI ignition for consistent and easy starting. The impressive design allows market leading 7.5hp of max power using a design which will retrofit all common and major brands engines as a direct replacement, ranging from 160-220cc models. Replacing a 196cc engine with the JCB 224cc engine, for example, offers you more power from almost the size and weight as other smaller engines. The engine is a reliable OHV design, offering a balance of compactness, higher torque, and an easily serviceable layout to maintain your engine over future years.. 4-Stroke Euro V engine, with a 3.5L fuel tank.

Important:

1. If using E10 Petrol, this product must be used with high-quality unleaded fuel ONLY. ALWAYS use automotive petrol/gasoline suitable for four-stroke engines

2. DO NOT mix fuel and oil.

3. It is recommended to use E10 (95 RON) automotive fuel, with an appropriate additive or stabiliser in this product.

4. Damage caused by failure to add fuel or using incorrect or poor-quality fuel is not covered by your warranty.

Caution:

1. E10 petrol is hygroscopic and attracts moisture, which may damage the fuel system if stored in the product for more than four weeks.

2. After draining the fuel tank, always run the engine until the last of the fuel in the system is spent and drain the float bowl when the engine is cool.

3. E10 petrol should be used within 30 days of purchase.

4. Some petrol brands contain other quantities of ethanol. DO NOT use fuels with more than 10% ethanol in your product.

5. Always store and dispose of fuels responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.
