JCB-PW7532P Petrol Pressure Washer

Introducing the JCB 3100 psi / 213 bar petrol pressure washer, powered by the JCB 224cc 4-stroke, high-torque, Euro V low-emissions recoil start petrol engine. Made for hard work to handle your toughest cleaning jobs with ease.

The JCB-PW7532P delivers an impressive 3100psi / 213 bar pressure and a flow rate of 10.7L/min from its commercial grade triplex pump, with ceramic pistons and a brass head. Manufactured by industry leading manufacturer Annovi Reverberi (AR), the pump has a built in unloader and thermal relief valves.

The long 12m, (39ft), hose supplies high pressure performance making this ideal for cleaning large areas such as patios, driveways, estates/houses, agricultural machinery and trucks etc. The long high pressure hose means you're not continuously moving the machine.

Powerful 224cc JCB Petrol Engine

The JCB 224cc 4-stroke petrol engine has tremendous low & mid range torque so the jet washer does not have to be operated at maximum revs while cleaning. This makes for a more pleasant, quieter user experience and reduces fuel consumption, whilst promoting long engine life.

The engine should be filled with 600ml of SAE30 or 15w40 engine oil. To protect against low engine oil level, there is an engine cut out switch which operates if the engine oil is too low.

The washer comes with 5 quick connect nozzles (0°, 15°, 25° 40° and a low pressure detergent spray nozzle), which can be changed quickly and effortlessly by sliding the outer collar back on the Q/R connector on the lance.

Quick connectors are faster and easier to use than threaded connectors. With a quick connector, you can simply snap the hose or attachment into place, without having to fumble with threads or wrenches. This can save you time and effort, especially if you frequently switch between different attachments or hoses.

The JCB-PW7532P features a robust, 32mm tubular steel frame with a soft-grip handle that can be removed for storage space and reduces the likelihood of damage when in transit. Its anti-vibration feet provide all round protection and stability and reduce noise output whilst in use.

It’s also fitted with tough puncture proof tyres for easy movement across rough terrain, which makes this a truly portable pressure washer. As the tyres are not air filled, you will never suffer with down time due to a flat!

Mains, Gravity or Suction Fed Use

This cold water pressure washer can be mains fed, gravity fed or suction fed, tested up to a height of 1.5m vertically (suction use).

If drawing uphill form a water butt/water source, we suggest you use the following tips:

1. Ensure that the suction hose is 100% sealed against air leaks – any air drawn into the suction side of the pump will prevent the machine from priming.
2. Connect the pressure washer to a mains water supply and run for 1 minute to free up any sticking valves.
3. Position the pressure washer as close to the water supply as possible.
4. On startup, to aid priming, prime the pump before connecting the high pressure hose to the pump outlet.

Important:

1. If using E10 Petrol, this product must be used with high-quality unleaded fuel ONLY. ALWAYS use automotive petrol/gasoline suitable for four-stroke engines

2. DO NOT mix fuel and oil.

3. It is recommended to use E10 (95 RON) automotive fuel, with an appropriate additive or stabiliser in this product.

4. Damage caused by failure to add fuel or using incorrect or poor-quality fuel is not covered by your warranty.

Caution:

1. E10 petrol is hygroscopic and attracts moisture, which may damage the fuel system if stored in the product for more than four weeks.

2. After draining the fuel tank, always run the engine until the last of the fuel in the system is spent and drain the float bowl when the engine is cool.

3. E10 petrol should be used within 30 days of purchase.

4. Some petrol brands contain other quantities of ethanol. DO NOT use fuels with more than 10% ethanol in your product.

5. Always store and dispose of fuels responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.
