ThePowerSite are dedicated resellers of quality power equipment, tools and machinery, and we try our best to make sure the products you get from us our quality products.

From time to time, we get a lot of calls from customers asking technical questions about products. We don't mind this, and we like to help out where and when we can, but often the best course of action is to get in touch with the manufacturer directly and they can help you. We try and be as technically minded as we can be, but as we have so many products in our inventory, and so many of those products have different parts, systems and settings, we try to make sure that you are in touch with exactly the right people.

We don't cover your warranty directly. The products we sell all come with a warranty specified either on our site or at the time of ordering over the phone, but we do appreciated when a customer gets funny because a product has developed an issue and we can't help them with. Because of this, these troubleshooting pages are designed to go the extra mile in that initial process.
