Hyundai DHYD60KSER HirePro 62kVA Deutz Industrial Diesel Generator

Hyundai DHYD60KSER HirePro is a new three phase diesel generator designed specifically for the commercial and industrial markets, for use on large sites looking to consume a lot of power. The DHYD60KSER is a commercial upgrade to the current DHY60KSE from the same Hyundai range with a few adjustments, making it more suitable to be used on an industrial site or large scale projects. This new model is the first in the Hyundai range to include a bunded tank for the safe harbouring of fuel, making it an extra safe option for sites sensitive to oil and fuel spillages.

It is also powered by a Deutz engine. Deutz engines are largely found in North America, where they originate from, but have found a home at the top of the pile of engine manufacturers and are the preferred means of power for many large scale business operations around the globe.

The introduction of the Deutz engine coupled with the build quality of the Hyundai 1500rpm diesel gensets means a grand collaboration for the UK diesel generator market, and a design that will surely be a winning combination. In 2012, Hyundai in the UK introduced their first hire specific petrol generator for site use, and now they have added the DHY60KSER to that range, by applying the 'HirePro' crest. As well as the features of the Deutz engine and bunded tank, the DHYD60KSER in another first for the Hyundai range, also includes a 3-way fuel valve system, allowing the user to cut the supply of the internal fuel tank and attach their own external supply for an even longer running time, which is a fantastic feature for prolonged jobs, as well as a variable RCD unit included in the control panel.

Now, although this Hyundai machine may have had it's internal specifications updated, the external body remains the same. The tried and tested 'super silent' canopy provides an all-round noise reduction frame to allow even a large scale generator like this to operate at a very quiet level for the type of machine and output that you are getting, and will run as low as 65dB from a distance of 7m, or 92dB if standing right next to it. As most generators of this type would be situated away from densely populated areas, the nose levels are reduced right down to a minimum. The control panel is once again headed up by the InteliLite NT MRS10, which supports the generator by offering engine and alternator measurement monitoring.

All Hyundai 1500rpm diesel generator sound proof canopies undergo an anti-corrosion painting process called electrophoretic painting. This process ensures all areas of the canopy have an evenly applied thickness of paint, ensuring maximum corrosion protection.
