The heavy duty wet sandblasting kit is perfect for users who wish to remove industrial stains or paint and rust from a surface. Made by BE Pressure, and designed for but not limited to use with BE pressure products, this sandblasting kit is rated to a maximum pressure of 5000psi and a maximum flow rate of just over 37 litres per minute, so it is designed for industrial and professional use.
A wet sandblaster for abrasive cleaning, it works on a suction-fed injection of sand into the water stream. Utilising the water, the wetness of the sand keeps dust and debris out of the air when in use, and also helps to focus the force of pressure on one area. With a 5000PSI maximum working pressure, it requires a minimum of 1500 PSI to function properly.
It has a 1/4" male quick connect fitting, and connects to most petrol engine pressure washers on the market, and designed to be used with any of the BE pressure range. It comes with a heavy-duty 3/4" Hose which includes a hose clamp. A 10TCS5BE nozzle, a 9050-9 probe and 9051-9C head. Can be fitted with a 0° MEG 85.200. nozzle which fits inside spray head. This is not included in the sale of this item.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Could you please tell me What is the black nozzle made of and how menny hours would you expect it to last as it looks plastic ?? Thanks
A. Although there is no chart for the expected hours it should last, this item is rated as a professional use sandblaster. Obviously, the nozzle is going to be one of the most wearing parts on it, but it is made of carbide, so is built to last for a while under good, constant use.
Q. What is the minimum flow rate and psi that can be used to get good and quick results with this sand blasting kit? I want to use it commercially..
A. We feel that the approx. requirement for this is around 11 litres per minute in order to function well. The flow rate is the most important factor when considering this kit, as it is creating suction with the media of your choice. A good recommendation is to purchase some different size nozzles to go with the sandblasting kit. This is so you can have the best performance that you can.
Q. How long is the hose in this Sandblasting Kit?
A. It's a 25ft hose, so roughly 7.5m in length.
