Electric and Remote Start Petrol Inverter Generator
As one of the cheapest electric and remote start inverter generators available in the UK, the EVO2000Ei provides the ultimate convenience for your caravan, motorhome and camping trips. The user can choose between starting the inverter generator via the turn of a key, or remotely from up to 20 metres away using the remote control, with standard recoil start remaining an option as well.
These convenient starting options are the only changes over the standard EVO2000i model, with the rest of the features and specifications remaining the same.
Producing a maximum output of 2200w / 2.2kW, the EVO2000Ei is capable of powering demanding holiday equipment, such as televisions, heaters, laptops, hair dryers, small air compressors, radios etc. The extra 1.2kW of energy over the EVO1000i allows you to power more equipment without fear of overloading the generator, and the control panel has an extra 230v outlet for two items to be plugged in at once.
The energy output of the EVO2000Ei is pure sine wave, which mimics the power provided by the mains supply. This means that any sensitive electronic equipment which can be easily damaged by uneven energy output is perfectly safe to be used with this generator.
User-Friendly Compact Inverter Generator
Weighing 27kg the EVO2000Ei weighs twice as much as the EVO1000i, however for a generator of this power output this is still an extremely lightweight design. The built-in carry handle allows for easy transportation, and the compact design allows it to be stored away in even the smallest of storage facilities, such as a car boot or caravan cupboard.
This is also a low noise inverter generator, producing just 58dBA @ 7 metres, which is quiet enough for you to easily talk over. At a greater distance than 7 metres, the EVO2000Ei will never disturb you, your family or others around you. The noise levels can be lowered further when the “Eco” mode is engaged, which lowers the engine revs to match only the load that is being applied. Better yet, “Eco” mode also improves the fuel economy of the generator which saves you money, and extends the lifespan of the engine.
Should you find yourself applying too much load to this suitcase generator, the machine will simply turn off until you can restart it with less load applied thanks to the built-in overload protection. Likewise, if oil levels become too low, the machine will turn off until you have the opportunity to refill it. These safety features, paired with the low maintenance requirements, makes the EVO2000Ei the ideal generator for users who want an easy-to-use and convenient travel generator.
Designed for Leisure use. For heavy duty commercial use, we recommend a conventional 3000rpm petrol generator.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is the remote start wireless or hard wired?
Wireless. A set of identical keyfobs are provided, and a double click on the ignition button within a suitable range of the generator (Up to 20m, but more commonly between a 10-15m radius) would start the generator. On all electric start models, the choke is automatic, which allows you to step away from the generator and start from distance.
Q. Could you let me know the Displacement (CC) of the engine in this Generator?
A. It's a 125cc 4.9hp engine.
Q. What grade of oil do you use for this generator?
A. We use SAE15/w40 to test the items before sending out so we would suggest this grade of oil for general use.
Q. My electric start on the generator doesn't work. or on the keyfobs The generator works fine on the recoil. Any ideas?
A. The internal battery for the generator isn't connected for transit. The reason for this is that the battery will start to trickle drain when connected, so in order to get the best out of the battery, the clips on the battery are not connected. It is a very simple job to connect the clips and the battery housing is extremely accessible. Unfortunately, we have noticed that it doesn't mention this in the manual and are working with the manufacturers to get this rectified.
Q. I like the look of this generator very much but i would want it to work on LPG gas. do you know if this can be converted or do you have converted one or can you convert one for me?
A. The generator can be converted to run on both LPG and fuel. There isn't a separate and sale-able conversion kit as such, we can organize one of our engineers to modify the machine to work on duel fuel (petrol/LPG). The conversion kit we would use would be similar to the Hyundai equivalent.
Q. Do you know how many amp ?
A. The Evopower EVO2000EI is rated at approx 9.2A MAX.
Q. Can you please let me know if the Evo 2000ei electric start is a 4 stroke engine also so could you let me know the size dimentions ie length width height. Thankyou
A. It is indeed a 4-stroke engine. The dimensions of the EVO2000Ei, which has the same casing as the EVO2000i is L:540mm x W:290mm x H:510mm though there is a slight difference in weight between the two models because of the internal battery. The EVO2000Ei is around 30kg in weight.
Q. hello, can you please tell me how many litres of petrol it takes to fill. regards jane
A. It has a 7L tank. Putting 7 litres into the tank will fill it right to brim, so it might be best to fill it half a litre less to avoid fuel spillages..
